Heat pick 6-2, 175 point guard Norris Cole in the second round of the NBA draft. Norris attended Cleveland State and at the tender age of 22 says he's ready to put it the hard work and dedication necessary to get better. Being drafted to a team with veterans such as Mike Bibby, Lebron James, DWade and Eddie House I am sure that Cole will learn a great deal about the game.
